Concrete Core Galvanized Steel Cementitious Raised Floor

Screw-Fixed Steel Cementitious Raised Floor Panels (High Rigidity)
Steel cementitious panels are concrete-injected, galvanized steel encapsulated panels designed for increased system rigidity. The screw system / corner-lock concept allows fixing panels to pedestals for enhanced stability in critical technical rooms and data center zones.
Panel Size
600 × 600 mm

Core
Concrete Injected

System
Screw System / Corner Lock

Description

Concrete Core Galvanized Steel Cementitious Panels

Steel cementitious raised floor panels are formed by shaping galvanized steel sheets and injecting liquid concrete between the skins.
The screw system / corner-lock concept enables the panel to be fixed to pedestals for improved rigidity and stability compared with loose-lay floor systems.

Concrete Injected Core
600 × 600 mm Format
Screw System / Corner Lock
High Rigidity
Data Center Suitable

Key Technical Facts (Typical)

Panel size
600 × 600 mm
Thickness
~35 mm
Encapsulation
Galvanized steel skins
Fixing
4-corner screw to pedestal

Final performance depends on system height (FFH), pedestal and bracing selection.

Overview

Concrete core steel cementitious panels are used where improved stiffness and stability are required.
By locking and screwing panels to the pedestal at the corners, the floor structure becomes more rigid and suitable for higher load / critical zones.

Technical Specifications (Typical)

Panel format 600 × 600 mm
Thickness (typ.) 35 mm
Core Concrete injected
System type Screw system / corner lock
Pedestals Aluminium head foot standard; rod length produced according to required FFH
Fire (typ.) Reaction class EN 13501-1 A1 references available per configuration

Model Matrix

Model Description System
MXF-SC35 Steel cementitious panel, galvanized skins with concrete injected core Screw system / corner lock

Options & Accessories

Pedestals / Feet

Aluminium head pedestal standard; M16 stud and base options based on FFH.

Stringers (Bracing)

Clip-on vs screwed stringers depending on system height for enhanced rigidity.

Sealing / Air Barriers

Perimeter sealing and airflow barriers for data center airflow control.

Accessory Panels

Cut-outs, grommets and service panels (project-dependent).
