Devis’ sophisticated assembly facility provides a vast dedicated zone for the final assembly of completely incorporated sheet metal products. Devis provides complete assemble of metal products including cabinets, enclosures, and complete assemblies using processes that involve sheet metal and tube processing, laser cutting, fabrication and painting.
The business’s core competency is assembling metal components that are manufactured by Devis, oftentimes, with proprietary parts. Following on-site painting in one of our three paint plants, a number of our products are assembled and/or bonded before delivery.
Devis is able to customize and fully integrate a variety of sheet metal fabrications and assemblies due to its advanced assembly area that is staffed with highly trained operators. Some of these tasks involve fitting component parts, including fastenings, castors, hinges, inserts, and other modules such as electrical fit-out.
